With five Friday Meet the Winemaker Dinners to choose from, you’ll sample scrumptious noshes and delicate wines sure to ignite your senses.
Visit Restaurant Sidney on March 27 as they present a culinary adventure paired along side Hauser Estate Winery’s fabulous vintages. In 2004, Neil Annis became Chef/Owner of Sidney in East Berlin, Pennsylvania. A Culinary Institute of America graduate voted “most likely to succeed,” Annis has worked with some of the brightest stars in the culinary world and in some of the country’s most notable restaurants, including the famed Four-Star Bouley in New York City, the Occidental and Aux Beaux Champs, in Washington, D.C.
During the exclusive winemaker dinner Annis will feature a range of creations including tempura of New Zealand prawn paired with Hauser Estate’s Rose, and scallop ravioli with coconut kombu dashi hon shemiji mushrooms paired with Hauser Estate’s Chardonnay.

From Central NY and formerly from Schuylkill County in PA. Wife and I visit Gettysburg alot and will be down that area 1st week of April. Sorry we did not make plans for 1 week earlier. But now that
I know about the area wineries, we will be down sometime this year for a tour.
